Vintage Purina Feeds famous checkerboard logo advertising glass set. Purina traces its roots back to 1894, when founder William H. Danforth began producing animal feeds locally for farm animals under the name Purina Mills. This unique set of advertising glassware is a set of six (6) glasses that feature an etched frosted logo on each side panel of five of the glasses. This estate sale purchased glassware comes with a sixth glass which is plain with no etching on the side panel. Each glass will hold ten (10) ounces and measure 6” high and 3” wide at the mouth of the glass. The vintage advertising glassware is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks.
