Vintage elegant Martinsville Glass Cornucopia mold formed bookends. The Martinsville Glass Company was an American manufacturer of decorative glass products. The opened for business in 1901 in New Martinsville, West Virginia. They were renowned in the glass making business for their use of color in their glassware. The company initially made glass tableware, but soon expanded into other areas of glass making including bar ware, vanities and lamps. The company was sold and in 1944 was renamed the “Viking Glass Company”. These vintage Martinsville glass bookends are in excellent condition with no chips or cracks and measure 5 ¼” high, 5” long and 4” wide.
