Vintage black cast iron shoe cobblers malleable. A last is shaped like a human foot and is used by the shoe cobbler to manufacture or repair shoes. A last would typically be made of either cast iron, hardwoods or a high density plastic. The shoe cobbler would have several different sizes of last to accomplish his task of manufacture or repair. This vintage shoe cobblers last and stand is in excellent condition with no dents, chips or cracks and measures 23 ½” high. The last is 9 ¾” long and 3 ¼” wide.
