This beautiful and unusual Japanese porcelain inkwell, is richly painted in an assortment of gold-leaf designs and transfer flowers, all sitting on a soft cream background. It is hallmarked and numbered on the bottom with crossed arrows with three feathers and the number 7124. It was imported by the Anart Company of New York.
