This beauty of a hand-painted porcelain folk art brooch from the 1920's is one that is certainly unique and different both in style and color. It has a wide gold-leaf edge, along with gold leaf and hand-painted blue and green "windows," which look very much like a real stained glass window. There is a fabulous folk art quality about this brooch, and is backed in solid brass. It is in very good antique condition with a normal but of wear from age and use and has a "C" curve closure on the back. It measures 2.0 inches x 1.75 inches.
