This fabulous warm-toned wooden page turner has a lot of character and is the perfect gift for anyone who loves our planet. Page turners were used during the Victorian era to make it easy to turn the pages of a book or even mark the page while reading. It is in great antique condition, has some nice markings from time and use, and measures about 6 inches long. This piece would look really great on a man's desk.
This piece has been part of our personal 125 piece antique pen and pencil collection that appeared at the Cooper Hewitt Museum of Design's Reading and Writing Exhibit in 1980 in New York City. An article appeared in the New York Times, which you can Google and read in its entirety. It is now time to share all of these valuable and memorable pieces with antique lovers all over the world. There are many more, so please enjoy!
While both naturally eco-friendly and green, antiques and vintage are the ultimate in helping the environment.
