Solid color dinnerware was very popular in the 1930's. California maker Metlox produced the Yorkshire pattern starting in 1938. These model 512 soup bowls have very useful lugged handles for holding the heated bowls. All are covered in a satin matte glaze with 2 pastel yellow, 1 opaline green and 1 petal pink. Each measures a hair under 6" in diameter and all are marked as shown.
All bowls are very clean with no chips, cracks, fleabites or obvious signs of use.
