Offered here is this interesting pair of shakers from Louisville Stoneware that are modeled after the glass chicken shakers from the 1940's and 1950's. Each shaker is about 2 1/4" high and covered in a pale gloss pastel green glaze. There are no marks or stickers. There are no stoppers on either shaker.
The one shaker has a glaze skip by the pour holes as shown in the 5th picture at 9:00 position. The other shaker, the salt, has 4 of the 7 holes closed. It also has minor glaze flakes on the tail as shown on the last picture.
