Uncommon art deco bakelite coffee grinder in a rich eggshell ivory color. Beautiful and regal design elements of columns and flutes on an octagonal base. Stands 18cm ( 7 1/8") high and is unmarked so best guess of country of origin is European.

The last 2 pictures show damage. The tray has a chip out of it and the interior horn has a crack as shown. This piece needs to be opened and the handle tightened up. Rare design as I have not found another that's like it.
