Stylish Imari style cobalt blue poppies rust transfer with gilt accent made circa 1930's by Colclough china of Longton England. This style has no interior decoration except for a thin gilt band. Both cups measures 2 5/8" high and 3 3/8" across. The saucers measure 5 5/8" across. Bases are marked as shown.
There are no chips, cracks, fleabites or obvious signs of use. There are some manufacturing flaws where the transfer decoration has left pinprick spots of color on the white ground. One teacup has slight wear to the gilt accent on the handle.
