OK....admittedly I am not positive as to make. I believe it is a c1905-15 apothecary jar from Belgium/France or Czechoslovakia. Rather unusual actually......you dont see them this nice too often. This is true cranberry glass lidded jar. Its fine quality belies its humble uses. Fine cut crystal knop and true deep ruby/cranberry color. Large polished pontil. I am just going with my gut saying it is VSL, but could be St Louis or Moser for that matter. I buy quality in any case, not what the name tags say.....but funny how it works that I keep finding out later it was a "fill in your blank here". This is about 8" tall and about 4 1/2" diameter around the waist.....the opening is 3 5/8". It will hold up to something about 6" tall. This is going to be one of those aforementioned names, just cannot say absolutely which.
