I have never seen another example such as this. Guaranteed to date to the 18th century and with a deep agate type glass, either Egermann lithyalin or Northern Bohemian. This is of Bohemian origin and was likely a Lord's or royal person's possession. Does have a monogram and florals in gilt as photographed. There is a chip to the cap and chips to the threaded area of the bottle as photographed, but they remain hidden when the cap is secured. The cap does secure tightly. A very rare and unusual example from ca1770 or so. I did verify this piece in a well known reference. I have reduced and reduced this....this is an authentic 18th century example! Please look closely.....this is a hard to fine piece in excellent displayable condition.
