Very large at about 9 1/8" tall. Very unique with a pale blue casing over white. The top was cut back to expose the white and then gilt giving a three dimensional leaf pattern. Super heavy and solid. A couple small rim chips, one minute and the other photographed. Very unusual and dating to about c1850 or so. I have looked high and low for this and believe it most closely resembles Russian and Bohemian wines, but the construction is different. The construction around the stem and base are very similar to Russian makes. I just have not been able to reference this, as they are tough to find print/photographed examples as they are so scarce and photography wasnt really put to use until c1870s. So as of now I cannot say absolutely who made it, but that it is just a super fine quality example regardless. An extremely unusual and high quality example for use and/or display.
