I believe this is right at 100 years old. Extremely high quality and guaranteed Daum. Very fine ribbed and pinkish tinted glass with intentional bubbling/spots towards the base. Hand gilt trim along rims, handle and stopper. Speaking of which the stopper is very finely cross cut and a great piece of work itself. It has an old professional repair to where the upper handle joins the body(see last photos and look closely.....hard to see(if it weren't for the tiny flake on the exterior, which is also obscured by the handle and stopper, I completely would have missed it). It is about 9 5/8" tall when stoppered, and about 5 3/8" or so wide. Beautiful flat cut base. Solid example and with that sort of soft pinkish/orange opalescence....and then the elegant gilding. Oh, and it has some vaseline coloration towards the base(yes, it glows softly under blacklight). A beautiful discounted example. Other than whats declared there are no flecks, rubs, scratches, etc.
