I have seen this exact pattern one other time......and I believe it is Thomas Webb in a rock crystal style/type pattern. It is scarce, especially the cranberry bowl with clear twist stem. These are also engraved on four separate lobes with a floral pattern. The glass is very thick and finely engraved. This is a fine and unusual example. Dates to about c1890 as a guesstimate. I know the color and form is scarce. About 5 1/4" tall and 3" diameter bowl. Not signed that I can see, but the quality and work is most certainly identifiable. Excellent condition. Quite solid and heavy for its size. Not positive what the flower pattern is......a great example.
