Fabulous blue enamel Art Nouveau decorations applied and cased Vaseline/citron glass. Stellar example guaranteed Emile Galle although unsigned as many of his early enameled pieces aren't....it came with a larger collection of pieces, some were signed, but most were not. Measures about 5 1/4" tall. A powerful example that is fantastic for display. Dates to about c1900 before Galle's death. Someone else came to me and swore up and down this was Moser, the problem with this is it almost certainly would have been signed, and I fancy myself somewhat knowledgeable in this department and I have not been able to reference nor seen another piece like this that would be Moser. But, I mention it just in case someone else can come forward with a legitimate reference. Of course I found this piece and likewise have not been able to specifically reference it, but I gave high marks to the person I found it from, and it did come with several other Galle enameled pieces. Every piece I was able to reference or was signed as such.....many I would have thought incorrect. I have reduced this, but the quality is fantastic and rather unusual.
