I have owned these for several years and enjoyed them. They aren't perfect, but are very period pieces dating to about c1930. I believe they are Lipizzaner's, and although these are unsigned so far as I can see, I am quite confident they are by Karl Hagenauer. They have abrasions, some scratches, and stress marks at the thinnest part of the tails as you should be able to see in the photographs. They are heavy and of bolted construction and measure about 11 3/4" long and are about 6 7/8" tall. I think they are nickel or chrome plated brass. These are unique and fabulous. I cannot find any comparable maker that would have the skill, or rather distinct style, of this era other than Hagenauer....so I am confident in my attribution.
