The largest amethyst measures 4.5x4.5x4 mm and the four old European cut diamonds are 2x2x1.5 mm each. The ring is marked with ‘18ct’ and ‘750’ and was likely made in about 1900, perhaps in continental Europe. It weighs 4.3 grams and is a size 5.75.
