We apologize for any inconvenience, but we can only accept PayPal payments from PayPal users with a verified shipping address.Due to changes in Credit Card policies, we are no longer refunded the 3.5% that both PayPal and all major credit cards charge us; therefore we are forced to now deduct the 3.5% from any refund issued. This is with apologies, but we are not a big company and we are not able to absorb such a large loss.
At no time would I ever knowingly misrepresent my property. If Property purchased is not satisfactory to the buyer for ANY REASON, the original buyer shall have the right within 3 business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense.
