Due to changes in Credit Card policies, we are no longer refunded the 3.5% that both PayPal and all major credit cards charge us; therefore we are forced to now deduct the 3.5% from any refund issued. This is with apologies, but we are not a big company and we are not able to absorb such a large loss.

At no time would I ever knowingly misrepresent my property. If Property purchased is not satisfactory to the buyer for ANY REASON, the original buyer shall have the right within 3 business days of receiving the Property to rescind the transaction by so notifying the seller and by returning the Property to the seller, in the same condition as when received by the buyer, at the buyer's risk, cost and expense. If the item was damaged during return shipping, buyer needs to contact the shipper to resolve this matter. Seller will provide any necessary paperwork to help buyer with this matter.

All items will be shipped via USPS or UPS, all items are sent insured. If you have a preference for shipper, please let us know right away and we will try to accommodate any requests. For international shipping quotes, please fill out the purchase order and I will contact you with a shipping quote (it's usually about $30-50 US). Please note that due to shipping and insurance limitations I cannot send packages to South Africa or some part of China, if you have an international address, please wait for confirmation that I can ship to you before making payment.
