You are looking at a beautiful early 1900's ladies sleeping bonnet/cap. As you can see, it is highlighted by pink French silk ribbon roses trim. Some of the photos show the bonnet stuffed with tissue paper.
The front & sides feature 3 ¼" wide antique lace, which is very fine; it goes all the way around except the back 6", which only has a 5/8" lace border. There are two very small loops on the back; this possibly held silk ribbon for tying.
The crown portion is done in eyelet, which also features ornate machine embroidery work.
The overall condition is very good to excellent, with the following to note: the lace border on the right side has light brown stains, which will no doubt clean up nicely. There is a brown "dot" and a very minor separation of lace below the eyelet portion (see pic); both should be cleaned/repaired nicely. The small lace back border has a few tears (see pic of one) & there is a pinhead size hole in the eyelet on the back. Everything I have mentioned should be cleaned/repaired rather easily.
The circumference of the bonnet/cap is approx. 23".
This is a gorgeous antique ladies sleep cap/bonnet, which could be used today; it would also look great on a mannequin. No matter how you use/display it, you will love it.
