This lovely girl stands 24" tall. She is marked E11D on the back of her head, which is difficult to find. She was made in 2892 by Emile Douillet who directed the Jumeau firm at the time. Very few examples are known to exist. Her bisque head is free from any hairlines or restoration. She has lovely creamy bisque, brown paperweight glass eyes with spirals (very tiny flake on one eye rim not noticeable unless you enlarge photo). She has her antique brown human hair wig, original cork pate and original French composition and wood ball jointed body. She has pierced ears and closed mouth. She has fantastic undergarments and wearing a wonderful antique lace blouse with brown and white stripes. She has a fabulous antique straw bonnet lined with silk with brown silk ribbons (frail). She is wearing Jumeau antique brown leather shoes marked with the bee symbol and "Paris Depose 1/1".
