Shipping, Handling, Insurance Policy

The shipping charge to all US addresses is a flat fee for the entire order. US shipping is normally via Priority Mail. The shipping charge to addresses outside the US is determined at checkout. Shipping method and charge will be based on the value, weight and location. If you are purchasing multiple items, we will adjust your Ruby Lane invoice to show the international shipping charge for your entire order. All shipments are insured and a delivery confirmation is obtained for all US shipments. Items will normally ship within three business days following receipt of your payment. Sales taxes apply to orders shipped to US addresses. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER INFORMATION: Customs declaration forms will reflect the total value of your merchandise. As an international customer, you may incur customs duties and taxes imposed by your country's government. Please be aware that customs procedures in some locations may substantially delay delivery time for your package. You have the right to inform us of the intent to return an item for up to 14 days after receipt of an item. A receipt, enclosed with your shipment will also serve as your return form, by simply printing RETURN in the total price area of the form.
