This is a very sweet composition 17" R&B Debu-Teen Doll, circa 1938-1940's. She has an all-composition body in very good shape. There is some minor crazing on the legs which is so light it may not show on the photos and a small bit of damage to the tips of her right fingers as well as some minor crazing on the face and near the left eye. There is also a crack behind her left ear but it is covered by her hair so not really noticeable. However, she is still such a lovely doll for her age and in her brilliant sky-blue wool flannel coat and hat. She has smokey eye shadow, green sleep eyes with brown eyelashes (missing a few lashes on her left eye), painted lips with a closed mouth and light brown hair--almost blond. Under her blue coat is a flannel dress that was once blue and is now a very faded pale blue/white with blue trim. The lovely (untagged) coat has tiny brass buttons and a matching hat. She wears nylon socks and vintage black tie shoes with tiny brass flowers on each shoe. It's very hard to see but the base of her neck is marked "R&B" in raised letters.
