I never know what the difference is between a perfume or cologne bottle, so I am calling this both. It is of a larger size, and has a very large and long stopper.
The piece dates from the Art Nouveau period, circa 1910. It is made of clear glass with a silver overlay, a technique often used at that time. It is decorated with swirls of silver, two forming an almost bow like design. There is a central silver cartouche that has no monogram.
The piece has a height of 4 1/2", including the stopper and a base diameter of 3 1/4". The stopper alone is 4" long. It is in very good antique condition. There is one minute flake near the center of the base, noted just for accuracy.. The stopper has no flakes or chips. It would be a beautiful addition to your vanity.
