This attractive cuff bracelet, I believe to be Navajo in origin, and dating from the 1940's or 50's. It is not hallmarked, but tests positive for sterling silver. It is cuff style and has a central oval picture agate stone.
The agate measures about 1 1/4" by 1 1/8". It is a pretty shade of brown with black tracing that reminds me of trees in a forest. The surrounding silver work is stamped with Native American designs.
The bracelet has a width of about 1 1/2" at the center, tapering down to 1/4" at the rear. It weighs 43.4 grams and is in good vintage condition, with some slight surface scratching to the agate, quite difficult to see, but referenced for accuracy.
