If you love the Art Deco Flapper era and Czech jewelry, than this one is for you. It is a whopping long, 36" necklace, made in the 1920's. It has a paper clip style chain that has 15 purple, or amethyst glass beads, two of a larger size, and the rest about 3mm each.. The chain slips over your head.
The best part of this great necklace is the pendant, that consists of a large rectangular amethyst glass stone that is framed in brass with a floral design. Suspended from the pendant are three long drops, each with the purple beads.. The total length of the pendant, including the drops is 4".
The piece weighs 39.3 grams. Other than some slight surface wear to the central glass stone, which is hardly noticeable, the piece is in exceptional condition.. The brass it not bright, but I believe this was the original color, with no wear to the finish. It is just a lovely and very attractive piece of vintage jewelry.
