This adorable ring dates to the late 19th Century Victorian era. It is not hallmarked. but acid tests at 14 karat. The gold has a slight pinkish cast.
The center of the ring, contains four, approximately 5mm size, blood red garnets. There are five tiny seed pearls that have a gray cast. The center measures 1/2" by 1/2". The shank of the ring has a pretty design.
It is currently a size 3 1/2. The Victorian women were tiny. It would make a wonderful pinky ring, or could easily be re-sized by your jeweler.
The ring weighs 2.7 grams and is in fine antique condition.
