Presenting a very attractive hinged bangle bracelet, dating to the Victorian aesthetic period, circa 1880. The piece has no hallmarks and does not test for silver, so I am calling it silver tone. The interior has a gold wash, and it may have been entirely gold washed at one time. The back also has a light gold wash.
The piece has a push in style clasp that closes with a click. The back is plain, but the front has a wonderful etched design of flowers, done in the aesthetic style.
The bracelet has a width of 3/4". It has an interior diameter of 2 3/8". It should accommodate up to a size 7 wrist.
It is in good vintage condition with a small ding on the back of the bracelet.
