This necklace dates to the first quarter of the 20th Century. It is unmarked, but most likely of Czech origin. It is made of brass, and has sparkling emerald green glass stones.
The necklace is 16" long and has a ring clasp closure. The center of the chain has a brass leaf and flower etched plaque, with an 8mm green glass stone with two green glass beads on either side.
Suspended from this is an oval pierced brass pendant, with the same flower and leaf design. It contains a 13mm and 15mm stone as well as 9 smaller stones placed in the center of the floral design. The stones are faceted and retain there gorgeous color, even after all these years. Remarkable!
The pendant measures 2" by 1 3/8". The piece weighs 18.1 grams and is in good vintage condition.
