This wonderful Native American bracelet is signed Sterling & L. James. It features the famous kokopelli, or sun dancer, and contains turquoise stones.
The cuff is 1 1/8" wide at the center, tapering down to 1/2" at the rear. It is made of five bands of sterling silver which spread out and widen at the front. The sterling kokopelli figure is placed on top of the bands. He is blowing a horn and his shirt is made of three clear smooth turquoise oval stones, about 6mm in length each.
The bracelet has a 1" opening at the back. It is not very flexible and the interior dimension is 2 1/4". I would say it fits up to a 6 3/4" wrist.
The bracelet weighs 31.9 grams and is in fine vintage condition.
