Gorgeous open heart pendant made of 18K yellow gold on an unusual 18K gold chain. the entire piece weighs 16.6 grams.

The beautiful open heart has a single flower in the center with a large cultured pearl in the middle and a little round diamond on the leaf. The edge of one side of the heart is ribbed gold with a row of diamonds running through it. STUNNING

The unusual chain has 10 openwork plaques measuring 1" each interspersed with a plain mesh link chain.

The chain measure 24" in length and the heart measures 1 3/4" in length including the bale and 1 1/8" in width. The chain is stamped 750 and the heart is probably marked the same but it is difficult to make out. It has been tested at 18k. It is in excellent condition and would make a fabulous gift for the one you love.
