This is a very pretty small art glass bowl, most likely from the late Victorian era.
It is a pretty medium shade of green and it has dimpled sides. The piece is decorated with heavy hand painted gold enameling in a festoon style, with rose garlands and tassels. The rim has a gold painted band surrounding it.
The bowl is about 4 1/4" in height and has a top diameter of 2 3/4". It is in good vintage condition with very slight paint loss to the gold band around the top.
