Here is a pair great vintage brushed aluminum serving bowls. They were manufactured by Kensington Ware of New Kensington, PA. Kensington was in business from 1934 until 1970. Kensington was known for its Art Deco styling, particularly in its earlier wares. These great pieces are very durable and always in style. They each have the Kensington mark on the bottom; A "K" in shield under a horned stag bust with Kensington is script below all (see images).
The large bowl stands 2 5/8" tall and is 7 1/4"" across the body, 6 1/4" across the opening, and 4 1/4" across the base. The small bowl is just over 2" tall, just under 5 1/4" across the body, 4 1/2" across the opening, and 3 1/8" across the base. These are in good shape. The small bowl has a small nick (1/4") near the rim. The large bowl has some tiny picks or dents around the rim (from spoon contact?), not too egregious.
A great mid-century look for your table and entertaining!
Enjoy each day!
