Flowing Art Nouveau 14K Pin Brooch with a hidden watch hook has a beautiful one carat, genuine aquamarine dangle. So reflective of gentler times when flourishing curves and idealized women reigned supreme in jewelry as in art. The Art Nouveau style dated from the 1890s to 1914.
This lovely Art Nouveau pin measures approximately 1-1/8 x 7/8" and has a lever safety closure. It is signed, "14" on the edge of the clasp and tests as 14K. The aquamarine is approximately 8 x 6mm, a one carat, pear shaped stone. It is a beautiful and definite aqua color that is eye clean. The tiny, natural pearl accents are slightly varied in size, approximately 3mm or less, and are properly mounted on central gold stems rising up into the pearls from the pin.
It is in Excellent Condition.
