In darkened silver tone, the vibrant of color and depth of sparkle in these beautiful rhinestones in two shades of green, gold, red and clear is clearly "a cut above" (no pun intended). :)

The pin measures approximately 1-1/2 x 1-3/8" and has a safety closure. We attribute this pin to Austria although it is unsigned.
