I love the ring of rhinestones at the base of this swivel handle. Just a little pop of bling to dress up this tortoise shell lucite purse. The oval hinged lid is faceted around the edge. The sides are ribbed. A starburst and garland design on the lid. A fold over clasp closes on a bead. It's 8 1/4'' wide x 4 1/2'' deep x 4 1/4'' tall. It's in very good condition.
