Wells at either end of this 10 1/4'' x 5 1/8'' ink well have hinged lids. The lids have an intricate design. A garland is over bagpipes (?) in the center. It might not be a bagpipe, you'll be the final judge. There's an interesting patina. it's in very good condition.
