A lady never tires of a mink coat, especially the deep, luxurious chocolate the Ranch mink displays. This particular fur is durable and withstands daily wear. In addition, Saks Fifth Ave is WAS place to purchase that fur!
The particulars concerning this coat include sleeves that can be turned up, or left down, has slit pockets and Monogrammed with the initial H, surrounded by embroidered flowers. The lining is luxurious and silky, with pretty gold print. There are no closures (fur hooks, etc) and could be belted. The Peter Pan collar measures 4” at its widest part.
The measurements are as follows: 21” across, from underarm seam to underarm seam 15” sleeves, measures from seam to cuff, unrolled, rolled up 13 ½” 26” length, from underarm seam to hem, falling at the knee.
It is in really nice vintage condition with a lot of life left! There is no shedding or odors. The skin is supple and no signs of dryness. There is a 1” tear in the seam of the left sleeve in the back, and looks to have become unsewn. It is not noticeable unless pointed out and it is sturdy, not weak and won’t go any further. Pricing reflects this.
