Here is one exotic, sensually warm, gorgeous Mongolian Tibetan Lamb jacket that was offered for a very high class furrier here in Syracuse, d'Jima's Furs. To have a d'Jima fur was a sign of prestige! With 2" curly, soft and silky fur, the coat has 5" panels of greyish brown inserts of suede running down each side and inside of sleeve with slit pockets. This was most likely done to cut down on the bulk and at the same time enhance the overall look when worn. Likewise, the collar is lined in the same suede. The lining is stunning and so unusual, with various hues of pink triangles having plumes. As can be seen, there is a fabric ID ticket that must be intact if returned. There are 3 suede covered buttons 1" from the left edge and appear to be decorative. The belt is used for securing the coat. It is monogrammed. Concerning the size, the measurements are as follows: On the inside, from armhole seams, across measures 18 1/2" Shoulders, across, from sleeve seams measure 16" The bottom (hem), on the inside, measures 21" From armhole seams to the hem length measures 16 1/2" plus 1 1/2" from fur Sleeve length 16" Shoulder to shoulder measures 16" Collar measures 4" wide plus 1 1/2" from fur Belt measures 1 1/2" wide This beautiful fur is in stunning vintage condition. The minor issue is a few very light areas of fading in the lining, which is probably due to its age.
