Lovely 19th century soup lade with a beautiful pink rose green leaf swag and wreath design. The long handle has a raised scroll and acanthus leaf design highlighted with gold trim. The floral swag and wreath appears to be a transfer with some hand painted details added. I do believe that this is Staffordshire based on construction and design. There is a blue mark stamped under the glaze on the bottom of the bowl and a partial impressed mark, however, I was unable to positively identify it. The ladle is approximately 12" long. The bowl is approximately 4 1/4" wide and 2" deep.
Overall , this is great antique condition. There is some loss of gold around the rim of the bowl and on the raised designs on the handle. Overall crazing is visible. There are two tiny glaze chips on the edge of the bowl and a glaze rub on the end of the handle. Everything is visible in my photographs.
