This fabulous, well made slag glass desk or piano lamp (circa 1900-1910), has an acid etched brass shade and brass and plated brass iron base. I would have guessed this was a Bradley & Hubbard or Revere lamp (Revere did a lot of acid etched brass shades as well as Tiffany and B&H did many lamps with this style base), but this lamp is unsigned. It may have had a paper sticker on the bottom felt that is no longer there. This is a very heavy, stable lamp. The shade adjusts back & forth to aim light where you want it. It has a turn key socket and has been re-wired with cloth covered cord. The shade is removable with 4 screws that go through the holes in the shade. A lovely, high quality desk lamp!! The lamp stands 20 1/2" tall, the shade is 5 1/2" across and the base is 6" across. Any overcharge of shipping to your area will be refunded. Thanks for looking!
