This fun and fabulous Persian art lamp (circa 1900-1920), has a heavy cut crystal base with fired on enamel and gold crustacean decoration (tiny fused in beading in the paint). Larger turquoise and wine colored beads were added after the firing, some of which are missing after 100 years. This is a TON of work as it was all done by hand. The handmade shade is pierced brass and we`ve replaced the barely there old glass beading with the same color new glass beading. It's got a bronze insert cap, has a mica liner and lights up very decoratively! We left the natural coloring on the brass. It has a turn paddle socket and has been re-wired with cloth covered cord. The lamp stands 25" tall, the shade is 14" across and the base is 6" across. Any overcharge of shipping to your area will be refunded. Thanks for looking!
