This creamware bowl has a basket weave border with pierced edge, highlighted in a deep blue. Body is a cream color earthenware. Unmarked, and I haven't been able to find a similar example in order to make an attribution. Probably English, but possibly continental, circa 1800.
Size: Approximately 8" diameter, 1.25" deep.
Condition: Excellent. No chips, cracks or repairs.
Note that I try to be conservative about condition descriptions, carefully noting any flaws. Of course, with antique items, there will be some signs of usage, and/or manufacturing defects. But overall, my customers have always been pleasantly surprised upon receiving their items, and of course, Returns are no problem if I happen to miss anything.
