This heavy flint decanter is in the "Frosted Leaf" pattern. A band of frosted leaves encircles the upper section of the body, the lower section is paneled.

This pattern was made by both the Sandwich and Portland Glass companies.

Early American Pressed Glass ca. 1860-70

Size: Approximately 9 ¼" high, base approximately 3 ¾" diameter.

Condition: No stopper. Some chipping at base points. No other chips, cracks or repairs

Note that I try to be conservative about condition descriptions, carefully noting any flaws. Of course, with antique items, there will be some signs of usage, and/or manufacturing defects. But overall, my customers have always been pleasantly surprised upon receiving their items, and of course, returns are no problem if I happen to miss anything.
