This beautiful plate was hand painted & decorated by W.A. Pickard China Studio, Chicago IL. The background color of this piece is a brilliant white color. The rim portion has heavy gold applied with decorative bead work giving the pieces a very elegant look. It has what appear to be initials in heavy gold on the upper edge. This piece would add that special touch to whatever table setting you decided to use. There are no chips or cracks; manufacturing anomalies do exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc.
Please see our other pieces that matches this pattern. MISC233 salt & Pepper, PLT233A Creamer & sugar & MISCD6 Gravy boat.
