This pattern is identical to Pickard Studios Encrusted Linear. Some say that Pickard used Osborn design! These pieces have gold encrusted grounded design on the base. The center has been hand painted with bands of deep blue, gold and cream. The blue bands have gold scrolls decorating them. The cream center on two sides has three white flowers with blue and green leaves the other side has a large white petals, yellow centered daisy flower. The top of the piece is smooth all over gold. This pattern can be seen on Page 269 of Alan B. Reed's reference book 'Collector's Encyclopedia of Pickard China. Manufacturing anomalies may exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc.
Backstamp: No backstamp, Osborn chose to cover the porcelain maker's mark when he did gold items.
Measures: 3 3/8" H x 1 ½" W at base 6/8" W at top
