This item is an antique sterling silver brush sold by E. Jaccard Jewlry CO. It is was more than likely a part of a larger vanity or dresser set. I have seen these referred to as a hat brush, clothing brush, bonnet brush, or a whisk. The handle has a scroll and flower design. It is monogrammed with LRC. It is marked with Jaccard on one side and sterling on the other. The item is is relatively good condition for its age but it is a vintage item so it does have some light scratches and wear that would be expected of an item this old.
