This is a sweet little dish, possibly a sugar bow or master salt. The piece is a wonderful ivory color with graduated portions getting smaller as it goes down to the gold bottom. It resembles a bamboo stalk and the artist has painted pink and yellow flowers on green leafy stems on the outside. He has outlined and accented the flowers, stems and leaves with coin gold giving it the Royal Worcester look. The gold rim completes this piece nicely. There are no hairlines, chips or cracks; manufacturing anomalies may exist, the occasional tiny iron speck, dust 'bump' in the glaze, etc
Measures: 2" H x 2 7/8" W Backstamp: Worcester Mark Z under it. Dates it to 1888 R3 in green
