Probably one of the nicest bowls I've had the pleasure of finding. Early tri-color spongeware; blue/pink-maroon/brown over yellow ware. Smaller mixing bowl; 6" in diameter, stands 3 1/4" high. Wonderful condition for the age. NO chips, cracks or repairs. Please view all photos. I will note some minimal crazing inside bottom. I also notice a glazed over little blem inside near the top ~nothing major but noted for accuracy. The edges are nice & smooth, the base is good. Approx. one inch band around top. You won't be disappointed. According to the "Spongeware & Spatteware" book by McConnell this dates to the 1890 - 1920 era. Shipping is free on this item! Final markdown!
